Whilst Play Services Ireland Ltd do not employ 5 persons or more we offer this statement of intent to take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of employees and members of the general public.

Play Services Ireland Ltd undertakings involve, inspection, policy guidance and reporting. All of our relevant insurance policies are attached.

We will ensure that every effort is made to meet statutory requirements and codes of practice relating to the Company's activities, and any relevant recommendations from bodies dealing with industrial health and safety.  Financial provisions will be made available for the implementation of Health and Safety.

To achieve this, the Company will:

i)    Provide induction and safety training.
ii)   Carry out joint consultation with any other relevant bodies.
iii)  Give information about specific hazards to anyone concerned.
iv)   Issue personal protective equipment where necessary.
v)    Check and continually improve safety arrangements.
vi)   Appoint competent persons to assist in meeting our statutory duties and where appropriate employ specialists from outside organisations.
