Our exclusive Training Services specialise in all aspects of health and safety training, and our courses are all externally accredited by UK regulator Edexcel and Ofqual. We constantly review and develop our training courses to ensure that what we deliver is current and relevant for those involved with playground health and safety.

2 QUALIFICATIONS IN 1 DAY
BTEC Level 1 Foundation Award Routine Playground Inspection: 1 day - Accreditation by Edexcel Students undertake a practical routine examination of a playground, demonstrating their role in the provision or maintenance of playground environments. Written and practical work is included along with a completed routine assessment.

3 QUALIFICATIONS IN 2 DAYS
BTEC Level 2 Intermediate Award Operational Playground Inspection: 2 day Students undertake a practical routine examination of a playground, demonstrating their understanding of BS EN 1176 and their role in the provision or maintenance of playground environments at Operational level. The course will incorporate written and practical work to be assessed in conjunction with the completed operational level site inspection.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the workplace This course provides essential knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace for employees in any sector of business, and concludes with a 30 question examination.

RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International) Operational Inspection Training 2 Day Course. Awarding body status by OFQUAL.
BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award Playground Inspection, Operation & Maintenance: 3 day course. The 4 units are designed to give individuals the knowledge, understanding and skills needed for the safe operation and inspection of a play facility. The course requires a written project and assessment to fixed criteria. Play Services Ireland Ltd have a schedule of dedicated training dates available on request. However, should you require training above or beyond these scheduled dates, we will always aim to make an allowance providing attendee numbers warrant this.
